Apart from the customer who scolded me Fuck off and hanged the call, yesterday I experienced another CLASSIC CALL. I'm serious in saying my job is fun because it is so customer service and my friends say its so me. LOLOLOLOL yesterday's call was this customer waited for around 20 mins for a consultant to answer the call. When I picked up his call, he said his time is precious and 1 min = 1k and he says "please transfer 20k to my account now" HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA maybe normal people will be pissed like wtf but my reaction was to laugh at him lol and my point was since your time is so precious why not just get into your straight point? HAHAHAHAHAHA CORRECT ANOT! then he asked about Iphone issues. can't assist him what cos my department also not mobile and I think either he pressed the wrong option or the call just got routed to us, so I had to request for a call back for him. when I asked how can I address him, he said "call me your lordship" HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA ROFL WTF then I asked him "so you expect the people who call you to address you as your lordship?" AND HE SAID YES HAHAHAHAHHA THAT WAS MAX ALREADY. then my colleague laughed for a good 5 mins. LOL!
